I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Lyle and Cameron at Dolphin Showers. After being sold a shower that turned out to be completely unsuitable for my bathroom environment, through no fault of the retailer, I was left with a leaking mess and a lot of frustration. Thankfully, I contacted Dolphin Showers for help. From the very start, Lyle and Cameron were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They quickly identified the issues with the original shower design and encouraged me to follow up with both the retailer and the manufacturer. Their guidance gave me the confidence to do so, and as a result, the manufacturer agreed to replace the shower free of charge. Cameron went above and beyond, taking on the difficult task of removing the faulty unit. He even liaised directly with the manufacturer’s installer and managed to get them to replace the acrylic liner at no additional cost. The installer himself even commented on the high quality of Cameron’s work. Throughout the whole process, both Lyle and Cameron were punctual, communicative, and truly acted as advocates on my behalf. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile turned a very stressful situation into a positive outcome. Highly recommended, thank you both!
Ive been waiting 5+ years to post this review. Stuart first installed a shower for me back in 2018/2019. It was a replacement for a mitre 10 job I had bought.
Stuart took one look at the shower cubicle I had bought and said, no this is rubbish here’s one of ours FOR FREE. That shower is not only still going strong, but is also absolutely mold/mildew free.
Since then Stuart and his family have installed 2 other showers for us. Once we had an issue with the wall lining (a repair to a previous shower install), no issue dolphin showers repaired at absolutely no cost or question.
So why have I waited so long to review. Because a shower is a long term thing and it takes time to see if they are quality.. dolphin showers are absolute quality, both in the product and the service.

Dolphin Showers upgraded our 35 year old shower. They made a wonderful job and we’re very pleased with the result. We want to thank Cam particularly his cabinet-making skills . The original shower frame had some wonky angles which made it quite a difficult assignment. Thanks to the rest of the team as well.

Dolphin Showers and Bathrooms have just finished our new bathroom. The bathroom looks great and came in within the quote.. The project was well managed by Dolphin, and their sub contactors ensured the job was completed as quickly as possible. We will use Dolphin again.
Very happy with our bathroom renovation. The Dolphins Showers team were happy to work with us. We supplied some of the fittings, paint, tiling and flooring. They did the strip out, rewire, replumb, replaced gib where required and installed both our and their supplied fittings to a very high standard. Overall coordination between trades was easy and communication clear as to schedules and stages. The new Dolphin shower is great.

HIGHLY recommend Dolphin Showers!!! They organised everything, the plumbers, builders, electricians, plasterers etc – all we had to do is pay at the end. Absolutely love my new shower dome so much that we also had one installed in the ensuite as well. Thank you for making it so easy, stress free:)
A big thank you to Dolphin Showers, who did a complete shower replacement. Their service was exemplary right from our initial visit to the showroom, quote, to acceptance etc. We were told the installation date, and the tradespeople were a credit to both themselves and Dolphin. They all arrived on time and the work area was left clean and tidy. Everything they said they would do, they did. We are extremely happy with the service and of course our brand new shower looks fantastic. A real credit to Dolphin.
Used Dolphin Showers & Bathrooms last week for the 2nd time in 3 years (different bathrooms). Both times good communication of lead time required(2 weeks). Turned up when they said they would, completed the job professionally & with helpful friendly service. Would definitely use again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
We are based in Auckland and specifically wanted a one-piece shower but could find no manufacturers here. We liked the look of the Moritz shower so Dolphin shipped it to us from Paraparaumu. It arrived in perfect condition and is now in place.
Our builder says that it is the best shower he has seen, and was so easy to install. It looks great, and we are looking forward to using it. It was a pleasure dealing with the folk at Dolphin.
